The obvious difference between these two products is their color. The Chi Turbo Flat Iron is red in color and the standard ceramic iron is black. They both heat up to similar temperatures, but the Turbo is designed to heat up twice as fast. If you are a professional stylist the standard edition will be just fine. I just want users to be aware that Chi flat irons sold at that price are probably fake.
